Recently, Tech Brainy completed an installation of a new Linksys Wireless Router at a client's work location. While on-site, we also on-site, reconfigured USB port nine in the client's work computer to "com port one" to enable serial communication device use, which had previously been hampered by the inaccessibility of the required port.

Before we left the office, we tested serial port device usability and established that the client will experience no further delay in test equipment update access.
